Row 15 Sc in each Dc across, Ch 2

Row 16 (increase row) 2 DC in 1st sc, * DC in next sc, 2 DC in next sc, repeat from * across, Dc in last 2 sc, ch 2 turn

Row 17 DC in each DC, ch 2 turn
