MATERIALS:
Any size hook
any color yarn
1" plastic ring

DIRECTIONS:

Join white to a 1" plastic ring,

RND 1: Make 24 sc in ring Join to 1st sc.

RND 2: *Ch 3, sk1, in next sc work dc cluster (2dc holding back last loop at each st, yo,pull through all the loops on hook), ch 3 sk 1, sl st in next sc, repeat from * around, ending sl st in 1st sl st.

RND 3: 3sc in ch 3 sp,*ch 5, 3 sc in each of next 2 ch 3 sp, repeat from * around, ch 5, 3 sc in next ch 3 sp. join

RND 4: Sl st in next 3 sc, sl st in next 3 ch, chain 12 for hanging loop, sl st in 1st ch of ch 12 . sl st in next 2 ch of ch 5*sl st in next 6 sc,sl st in next 3 ch. ch 3 , sl st in 1st ch 3 sl st in next 2 ch of ch 5, repeat from * around ending sl st in next 3 sc, sl st in 1st sl st. Break off.
